Energy & your Spiritual Self

Spirituality is a very personal experience, it is a deeply personal journey that holds different meanings for different people on their individual paths.

For me, it is an integral part of my being. It is about constantly exploring and questioning the purpose and meaning of life, the wonders of what is beyond our seeing world, the necessity for looking inwards, of contemplation, of letting go, to heal, to let go of fear, stepping into our own power, finding our voice and to strive to become all that we are able to become.

It is that deep sense of interconnectedness to everything, taking time to connect to the divine aspect that resides within us.

One of my most cherished spiritual practices is being in nature, connecting and grounding to the earths energy system. As everything is energy, spending time in nature for me serves as a soothing balm for my mind, body and soul. Every sense is touched – from the sight of beautiful landscapes to the glistening seas, the waves flowing in perfect harmony. The beauty, fragrancy, and vibrancy of blooming flowers, majestic trees, and plantlife collectively captivate the senses including the bustling world of insects and animals that surround us.

Looking to the skies I love to listen to the melodious chirping and the symphony of songs from the birds. Nature is certainly food for the soul. Scientific research has also shown that spending time in nature and engaging with natural environments can have positive effects on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Over the years, I have undergone training with regards to energy and earth medicine and I have included some of these practices to share with you to help nurture, cultivate and heal the energy aspect of your spiritual self:

  • Understanding the power of your voice and words.

  • Connecting to the healing energy of nature.

  • The ancestral line and your energy system.
